2017. 09 my contract with meteor finished.
After that, they each next 3 month took form my bank – 15 eur. (total 45 eur)
Took me 4+ month, loads of emails and explains to register case.
Till now- 11.2019 – no solution.
Because: eir – don’t care.

08.2018 I received bill from EIR.
It wasn’t mine. I reported about fraud by email and call (recorded)
Customer service, couldn’t answer: what document was used to open account on my name, when and where it was opened.
Got promise: “I will ring you back..”. After 1+ year – who cares… nobody ringed, nobody investigated.
Every week I getting emails: “Thank you for contacting eir….”
BECAUSE: EIR – DON’T CARE
